In-Office Fees

• In-Office per Patient: $40
• In-Office Multi Patient & Doctors Discount: $5 each patient after first patient. (One discount per person)

In-Home Fees

All blood draw fees are mileage based using Google maps from the phlebotomist’s home town.

• In Home per Patient: $1.75 per mile/one way. Minimum of $75, approximately 42 miles from phlebotomist’s home base.
• In-Home Multi Patient: 50% off for the second, third and fourth patient's in-home fee, first patient doesn't qualify for this discount.
• In-Home Doctor Discount: 25% off in-home draw fee.

Therapeutic Blood Draws

Therapeutic Blood draws require an hour long appointment. We will perform a finger stick to check levels of Hemoglobin and Hematocrit before and after the draw. We also check the blood pressure before and after the draw. Lastly we do require a special form that we can email over to be filled out by the ordering provider before performing the draw.

• In-Office Fee: $150 (Can only be drawn in Augusta Office)
• In-Home Fee: $150 plus in-home fee.

All fees include 1 hour of time, supplies and disposal of blood.

Rush Fee / After Hours

This service is used when immediate blood draws (24/7) are required. When this service is used, we will immediately send a phlebotomist to the patient’s location and transport specimens to the laboratory or courier service required within the state of Maine. This service can be used in emergency situations.

• In-Office/Same Day: $50
• In-Home/After Hours: $300 plus in-home fee.

Transport Fees

If samples are sent to a laboratory located 30 miles away from the blood draw site or out-of-state, an additional transportation fee might apply. This service can be used in emergency situations.

• In State (over 30 miles away): $200
• Out of State (Mass or NH): $450
